Ementa/Descrição: Uso de radioisótopos na análise da absorção e adsorção de elementos na parede celular; o uso de radioisótopos com marcadores celulares e conservação de alimentos; principais técnicas de microscopia com ênfase nos métodos de marcação de proteínas; regulação genética das atividades fisiológicas em plantas; influência dos exudatos orgânicos da raiz (balanço iônico); balanço iônico nos ecossistemas, aplicação de técnicas biomoleculares para identificação de genes ou geração de "fingerprinting".
