RESUMO:

With the emergence of resistant species of weeds, glyphosate use alone does not guarantee a good control of various weeds in soybean such as mends spp. Digi t aria insula ris , Amaranthus spp. and the use of herbicides pre -emergentes a viable alternative for controlling the species at an early stage of development, as well as the seed bank in many cases having a prolonged residual effect on the soil. An obstacle to the use of such products is that in some cases they cause injury to soybean . Given the above, the bjetiva with this work to evaluate the effects of herbicides pre -emergentes in soybeans such as the use of alternative areas of resistant weed problems and the use of such herbicides influences the process of nodul action soybean, nodule biological activity and physiological parameters of soybean. They will be conducted from the experiments, one in field conditions and another in a greenhouse. The field experiment will be will be conducted with three soybean cultivars (P98Y30RR , TMG 7067 IPRO and MONSOY IPRO 6410 ) inoculated and five herbicides (Diuron + Sulfentrazona, Triclopir, Diclosulan, Imazetapir + Flumioxazina, e Imazapique + Imazapir) to be applied in pre -emergence 7 to 10 , 3, 3 before and immediately after sowing of soybean . Plant stand, phytointoxication by herbicides, plant height, total leaf chlorophyll content and yield parameters will be evaluated. In the second experiment to be conducted in a greenhouse in plastic buckets using the same soybean cultivars and herbicides will only application of s herbicide , which will be immediately after soybean seeding. The analyzed variables are the chlorophyll fluorescence that initiating will when the soya plants emit the first sheet trifoliar being carried out spaced reviews 4 every 7 days . In this same period will be evaluated the phytotoxicity to soybean plants. In the pre soybean flowering will assess the content of proteins leaf, leaf area and dry weight of plants and counting and dry weight of the nodules. In Laboratory will be conducted the tests to verify the biological activity of nodules and occurrence or not of biological fixation of nitrogen. With this work, we hope to understand if the use of such herbicides impacts on soybean performance and biological nitrogen fixation
