SUMMARY:
In chapter I, the objective is to characterize the microbiome associated with the rhizosphere of maize and the shrub leguminous pigeon pea (Cajanus cajan) and tephrosia-TF (Tephrosia sinapou) in monocultures or intercropping. The experimental design was randomized blocks arranged in a factorial arrangement 2 (GU and TF) x 3 (monoculture, intercropped with maize in the same planting furrow and intercropped with maize between the rows) + 1 (monocropping with maize). Thus, the treatments evaluated were: GU in monoculture, GU intercropped with corn in the same furrow, GU intercropped with corn in the interrow, TF in monoculture, TF intercropped with corn in the same furrow, TF intercropped with corn in the interrow, plus the monoculture of corn. Chapter II aims to evaluate the biochemical, physicochemical and agronomic efficiency of fermented compounds formulated with legume biomass bran used in the fertilization of celery (Apium graveolens). For the evaluation of the compounds, the experimental design was randomized blocks, with the treatments arranged in a 2x4 factorial arrangement. The first factor was formed by two sources that stimulate fermentation (wheat bran-FT and brewery residue-RC) and the second factor by sources of low C/N ratio (GU, TF, Flemingia macrophylla-leaf bran). FL and castor bean-FM). The formulations consisted of a mixture of 40% of fermentation stimulating sources and 60% of sources with a low C/N ratio. As for celery fertilization, the experimental design will be randomized blocks in a 4 factorial scheme (selected compounds) x 4 doses of N (50, 100, 200, 400 kg N ha-1) + 1 (control without fertilization).
In chapter III, the objective was to characterize the microbial community associated with the rhizosphere of vegetables in a module of organic cultivation of vegetables fertilized with fermented compost of plant origin. The design adopted was that of randomized blocks whose treatments were arranged in a 6x2x2 factorial arrangement, the first factor being formed by vegetables (crisp lettuce, plain lettuce, kale, arugula, beets and carrots); the second factor formed by collection sites (rhizospheric soil and non-rhizospheric soil); and the third factor for two collection times. Chapter IV will aim at the biological characterization of microorganisms collected in different environments and the physicochemical characterization of fermented compounds inoculated with different sources of inoculum used in tomato fertilization. A formulation consisting of 40:60 (%w/w), respectively, RC:FL will be used. The experimental design will be completely randomized in a 7 x 10 factorial scheme, with the levels of factors referring to seven inoculum sources: 1- Embiotic; 2- microorganisms collected in the vegetable cultivation module of Fazendinha Agroecológica Km 47; 3- microorganisms collected under bamboo leaf litter; 4- microorganisms collected under litter in a forest stand; 5- microorganisms collected under litter of the legume Acacia mangium, 6- microorganisms collected under litter of eucalyptus; 7- without inoculation (water) and ten evaluation times of the compost (3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27 and 30 days after preparation). For the tomato crop, the design will be randomized blocks with 5 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments will consist of: in natura mixture without inoculation, inoculated in natura mixture, fermented compost with 7 days, fermented compost with 14 days and fermented compost with 21 days. A dose of 200 kg N ha-1 will be used.
