This Thesis Project has the objective of existing gaps in the cultivation of pitaya; genetic diversity of UFRRJ germplasm bank samples via ISSR molecular markers, the study of morphoagronomic descriptors via principal components analysis, and the study of artificial pollination in the production and quality of Pitaya.
