SUMMARY:

Oil drilling gravel is a waste generated by the oil industry in Brazil and worldwide, causing a socio-environmental problem. Therefore, studies have been carried out on the feasibility of using this waste in agriculture. The objective of the study was to evaluate the initial development of Eucalyptus urograndis in the field using organomineral fertilizer formulated with onshore and offshore well gravel and sewage sludge. The fertilizer formulation was made using polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and, when necessary, enriched with N derived from urea, P derived from triple superphosphate and K derived from potassium chloride, for the formulation of the treatments, being: 0, 50, 100 and 200% with pre- and post-salt waste. The pelleted organominerals were produced with a ratio of 4-4-1. An experiment was installed on the UFRRJ campus, in an agroforestry system (SAF), in simple consortium using the following species: corn (Zea mays), sunflower (Helianthus annuus), eucalyptus (Eucalyptus) and two native species of the Atlantic Forest: tamboril (Enterolobium contortisiliquum) and kapok (Ceiba speciosa). The trial was installed in randomized blocks (DBC) in a factorial scheme of 2x4+1: 2 FOMs (with gravel from the pre-salt and post-salt layers + biosolids) x 4 doses (0, 50, 100 and 200% of the recommended dose for Eucalyptus) + 1 control (mineral fertilizer N-P-K) with 4 replicates. Every 3 months, the morphological parameters (height, canopy area and diameter at ground level) were measured up to 180 days, and in the first 3 months of the experiment, soil samples were collected for chemical analyses: pH in water, Al3+, Ca2+, Mg2+, K and H+Al, analyses of macro and micronutrients and metals, in addition, the sum of bases (SB), total cation exchange capacity (T) and base saturation (V) were estimated. The data were evaluated for homogeneity and normality of the samples, followed by analysis of variance and the Tukey test at 5% using the statistical software R The Pre- and Post-salt organomineral fertilizers promoted positive results, mainly the higher doses of 200% of the recommended dose, promoting improvements in soil fertility. The 200% Pre-salt FOM stood out in the increase of pH, exchangeable calcium, base saturation and magnesium content.
