SUMMARY:

The efficient management of nitrogen fertilizer combined with the use of bioinputs is a strategy to improve the efficiency of N-fertilizer use by crops in soils with low availability of N supply. Considering the high economic and environmental cost of the fertilizer fertilization process nitrogen fertilizers, and combined with the increase in demand for food, there is a need to incorporate new technologies into agricultural activities aimed at reducing the use of nitrogen fertilizers. The objective of the work was to evaluate the effect of 5 bioinoculants formulated with growth-promoting microorganisms, associated with nitrogen fertilization on the growth and efficiency of nitrogen fertilization in corn plants. The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse at Embrapa Agrobiologia located in the municipality of Seropédica-RJ. The experimental design used was in randomized blocks, with 10 treatments (dose of N and inoculants of plant growth-promoting microorganisms, MPCPs) and five replications, using two types of soil. The treatments evaluated were: T1: 0 mg N kg -1 soil -1, T2: 50 mg N kg soil -1, T3: 100 mg N kg soil -1, T4: 150 mg N kg soil -1, T5: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6, T6: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + BiomaPhos, T7: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Aprinza; T8: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungus; T9: 50 mg N kg soil -1 + SP245 + Herbaspirillum seropedicae and T10: 100 mg N kg soil -1 + Ab-V5 + Ab-V6.  Dry mass accumulation and N content in the plant were evaluated. Total chlorophyll indices, stem height and diameter, N-fertilizer use efficiency and macro and micronutrient content in plants were also evaluated. The application of increasing doses of 15N-urea provided greater accumulation of dry mass and N content in the plant. Inoculation with MPCPs provided greater efficiency in the use of N-fertilizer, with Aprinza inoculation in the Ultisol (89.6%) and in the Oxisol with Ab-V5 + Ab-V6 (86%). Only the levels of K, Fe, Zn and Mn showed a significant response after inoculation with the bioinoculants Ab-V5 + Ab-V6, BiomaPhos, Aprinza and Fungo.
