This project proposes to study the Rural Worker Statute, named by Law No. 4,214, of 1963, authored by Deputy Fernando Ferrari, of the Partido Trabalhista Brasileiro of Rio Grande do Sul, which dealt with labor regulations in the countryside from of several main themes, such as the relationship between the rural worker and the boss (minimum wage payment, paid vacation, work hygiene, among others), the law and the rule applied to the union activity and the systematization of a Social Security fund only for the rural worker.
