SUMMARY:

The research questions the extractive mining development model in Latin America and the different effects on women's bodies and territories. Despite being the most affected by the developmental logic, women also assume centrality in the struggles in defense of their territories-bodies-earth. In this sense, the investigation seeks to understand how knowledge is constructed and disseminated in spaces of resistance of affected women, considering two groups: the Colectivo Miradas Criticas del Territorio desde el Feminismo and the Red Latinoamericana de Mujeres Defensoras de Derechos Sociales y Ambientales.
