SUMMARY:

The present work will aim to identify the aspects that involve the laws established by the emperor Flavius Claudius Julian(330-363 CE.) during the three years of his empire (361 - 363 d. C.) in the search for a centralization and unification of the Empire, based on its political-religious, conducted by their legislative measures. In order to obtain a broad development of the research, it will be necessary to understand the structures of Roman Law and how it influenced and developed during the history of Rome, especially during the Roman Empire. Thus, we will need to incorporate in our research a vast bibliography on the Roman Empire and on the Law in this period, so that we can create necessary bases on the analysis of the sources used in the work, whose main ones will be the laws elaborated by Julian the Apostate.
