SUMMARY:

This work is based on studying the sources gathered by the author José Solano Duesa where Testimonials and Discourse were brought together in order to contribute to the elaboration of a biographical work on Aspasia of Miletus.

Through Gender Studies, Linguistics, Discourse Analysis, and interdisciplinary approaches between languages, we will highlight the dimensions of interpretations of the vision that was constructed through male accounts, who Aspasia of Miletus really was, representations of the female body, and the communication processes that women developed in a society centered around the figure of man.
