RESUMO:

Objective dissertation is to analyse the paper practised by piece of the committed laicato and of catholic monks in the process of desestabilização of the government of John Goulart. One pays attention to the interrelation between fractions of the Catholic Church and of the dominant class in his multiple appliances deprived of hegemony like the Association of Christian Leaders of Enterprises (ADCE) and the Institute of Inquiries and Social Studies (IPES). Along the text, show up which segments of the Catholic Church contributed systematically through expertize intellectual, financier docks and infraestrutura the gestation of the military-civil blow and the construction  of  the  authoritarian  exit.  The  links  return  better  observable  when  Brazilian Presents  exposed  the  meanders  of  events  as  the  creation  of  the  Feminine  Leagues,  the conversations of lay intellectuals of the Catholicism in the Course, and the organization of the Crusades of the Rosary in Family and of the March of the Family with God for the Freedom. For  end,  we  end  that  the  participation  of  monks  and  committed  laymen  was  basic  for  the construction of the scenery who took Brazil to dictatorship of 21 years.
