SUMMARY:

This master's dissertation in progress aims to contribute to the training process of university teachers so that their practices are in tune with the educational demands of cyberculture. From this perspective, it is essential to understand that we live the cyberculture which is the "contemporary culture mediated by networked digital technologies in the city-cyberspace relationship" (SANTOS, 2014, 2019). The debates on new ways of teaching and learning in contemporary society and about the digital inclusion of teachers and students were evidenced during the Covid-19 pandemic.  The increased demand for teacher training and the growth in the supply of online courses to train teachers how to use digital technologies in teaching mobilizes us to fight for the cybercultural inclusion of teachers and students to promote a citizen education related to our times. Given the challenges posed to teaching in contemporary times, this research aims to understand the potential of online and hybrid education in university teaching, using cyber-research-training (SANTOS, 2014, 2019) as a research methodology for its intertwining with multireferentiality, complexity, cyberculture and with the studies in/of/with the everyday. This research methodology was adopted for its understanding that the teacher-researcher training process also happens when training their students, in an exchange of knowledge that emerges in the relationship between the city and cyberspace. The investigative process was carried out with students from the Pedagogy course at UFRRJ, where experiences in online and hybrid modalities were lived. In order to achieve the goals set out, we worked based on the pedagogy of projects in planning the activities of the discipline for the organization of our classes combining synchronous (face-to-face and online) and asynchronous (SIGAA) activities, and creating activities for the production of curricular media artifacts inspired by the multiple languages, from a post-critical perspective of the curriculum for the development of moments of teacher training. Many were the reflections made possible by the research, among them, the reflections about the importance of digital and cybercultural inclusion, dialogue and interactivity, didactic design, and post-critical curriculum acts.
