THE PROPOSITIONS OF REDUCA IN THE HUMAN EDUCATION MODEL THROUGH CURRICULAR REFORM
Reduca; behavioral economics; high school reform; National Common Curricular Base
The institution of neoliberalism as part of the bourgeois recomposition movement, resulting from the organic crisis of capital, caused qualitative changes in the labor market and structural changes in the capitalist State. In this process of globalization of capital, the adjustment of school and educational processes are fundamental for the training of subjects oriented from the neoliberal guidelines, ideologies and values, required in this phase of capitalist development. As a range strategy, the State, international and business organizations interrelate for the development of educational public policies supported by neoliberal prescriptions, and are organized in Latin America in the Latin American Network of Civil Society Organizations for Education (REDUCA) . This study aims to understand the intentions of business organizations, from Reduca, in the formulation of an educational project based on behavioral economics, supported by the hypothesis that Reduca, through Todos pela Educação (TPE), has a great influence on Brazilian education, assuming prominence in the propositions of educational reforms, to the point of spreading behavioral economics as a public policy in Brazilian curriculum. The objective is to investigate Reduca's propositions in the model of human formation in Latin American youth and the expansion of its actions in the Brazilian educational context. For this, we investigated the influence of Reduca, through the Movimento Todos pela Educação, in the behavioral modeling of young Brazilians, from the reforms of education in high school and in the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC), in the period of 2017 to 2022. The research follows the method of historical-dialectical materialism and has as a theoretical-methodological support the concept of the Integral State, developed by Antonio Gramsci, understanding that the theory constitutes itself as a research method through which we analyze and discuss the data obtained.
