School; Child education; Racism; Black child; Protagonism
This project begins as a challenging task and, at the same time, brings with it a desire kept in memory... It is the launch of a story that, like many, started in childhood, or I would say childhoods, a black childhood was silenced. .and left marks. But resist and keep resisting! And today, as a black educator, I continue in the hope of contributing to childhoods without racism. Now is the time: to educate black children to overcome racism, especially for their self to be constituted and for them to advance in the identification process. Educate for otherness! I grant this invitation to you, teacher and teacher of Early Childhood Education, who yearn for an education that encompasses African History and Culture and Race Relations in Brazil.
