This future research aims to investigate how the formation of the teacher of Early Childhood Education of the Municipal Network of Seropédica, to analyze more issues such as the teaching training process and understand the motivations of these teachers in their formative search, their initial and continuing education, , to understand if this is in any way to the precariousness of teaching.
The research aims to analyze the formative trajectory and the motivations behind these choices of the preschool teachers of the Seropédica municipal network.
Are specific objectives of this research project:
· Understand the formative trajectory of teachers of the municipal network of Seropédica who teach in early childhood education;
· Analyze the professional teaching development of the teachers of the network;
· Understand whether teaching precariousness is related to training;
· Identify whether there is feminization of teaching in early childhood education and identifying whether gender and formative choices are associated in some way;
· Observe and understand the motivations of choice in relation to teaching modalities to continue in teacher education.
