RESUMO:

Are there pedagogies for the discussion of gender and sexualities among the women's DEGASE grilles? Is such a reflection possible? This research aimed to identify whether in the training of professionals and in their pedagogical practice used there are paths that allow the approach of issues related to gender and sexualities with adolescents in the socio-educational system of the State of Rio de Janeiro. To compose the research, we used an open interview for teachers who teach in space. The study was analyzed from the perspective of a female unit because it had different demands and specificities from male. Understanding the space, the training that professionals present to work in it and be empathic in the look under the condition that these girls meet are fundamental guiding of this research. From the analysis of the responses of the interlocutors, it was possible to identify that there is no open discussion on these themes in all the disciplines of the school. Most dxs professorxs do not dialogue with the proposed subjects. Gender and sexualities are two themes discussed in workshops, projects and research conducted by professionals working in space, but do not arrive in the classroom of DEGASE in its entirety. Therefore, we highlight the need to think pedagogies and initial and continuing education for the discussion of gender and sexualities in the classrooms of the female socio-educational system.
