ANALYSIS OF THE USE OF GAMES AS A TOOL FOR TEACHING-LEARNING OF MATHEMATICS AT SCHOOL OF CAMPO

The present work aims to investigate the methods and techniques used by teachers, the presence or absence of the use of games in mathematics teaching, to verify how the teachers in a Rio D'oro municipal school located in Japeri understand and apply activities with games in class examine whether these activities have an impact, and collaborates in student learning. In order to make it more interesting, emphasizing the contribution of the use of games and concrete materials for the growth of the individual for learning. Since the intention is to question theory and practice, it will be a qualitative research, in which we will explore and investigate. A questionnaire will be applied in which teachers will respond, depending on the work done in the classroom, for a later analysis regarding their practices and whether or not the use of games and / or concrete materials in these classes as a means. After examining the questionnaires, teachers will be selected for an interview and discussion thread, evaluating where the games and concrete materials are used, we will verify if in fact, the games and concrete materials have importance in the teaching of mathematics.
