SUMMARY:

This work considers its importance in the concern with the professional training of young teachers at initial and continuing level. In this scenario, the Teaching Residence Program of Colégio Pedro II operates, following the medical residence logic, in order to meet the theoretical and practical needs of the teaching profession, with the search for the improvement of teaching in the classroom through on-site training, and in exchange of experiences between teachers with a longer career, and recently graduated teachers. Corresponding to the interests of this investigation, the problem consists in knowing as residents teachers graduates of History, who teach in public educational networks in the Baixada Fluminense region of Rio de Janeiro see themselves in their narratives mnemonic implemented in their Memorials Details contributing to the formational and professional aspects of their works. The primary objective is to analyze these memorials based on the chosen concepts: Teacher Education, and Teacher Professionalization developed by Tardif (2007) and Nóvoa (1992, 1999a, 1999b, 2009, 2017, 2019). In addition to the concept of Memory developed by Pollak (2019a, 2019b), and Narrative developed by Ricoeur (1994). As methodological path, two methods were chosen: Indictive Paradigm developed by Carlo Ginzburg (1991), and the Hermeneutical Circle developed by Paul Ricoeur (1994). The results are represented in the elaboration of sets of vestiges with themes related to the academic and school areas, revolving around the curricular structure of the undergraduate and school, as well as this problematization during the residence in building bridges between research and teaching. In addition to other points related to the collective issues of the teaching profession, their job dimensions and understandings. Just as specific points are presented about the life trajectory, and its applications in the teaching universe, be it in the ideal field, or in the real field of the profession translated into the axiological and epistemological pillars of the narrative. In the thought hermeneutic is performed one Interpretation denoted by the relationship between the ideals originating in the personal and professional courses in the educational socio residents, besides the link between theory and teaching practice, with concern for the strengthening of its praxis. The conclusion is the confirmation, and evolution of the ideals that guide young teachers in their profession, and that show a more expansive look than the classroom, as well as the construction of a more critical look in the initial training of residents, and in the function formative and professional training of the continued stage, identifying old gaps to be solved, or that have been postponed, as well as the discovery of new gaps during the teaching.
