NPSA, Higher Education, Affirmative Actions
In the present work chosen to focus of HEI actions of Brazil, specifically, the federal institutions concerning the student assistence policies directed at new students in graduation courses. The research problem is: How do the academic procuctions interpret, recontextualise and translate the Nacional Program of Student Assistence (NPSA)? Highlight as methodological path the bibliographic research (LUDKE; ANDRE, 1986), with aim to instrumentalize an analysis and undestand the theoretical assumptions that guide the academic Productions direct towards study of NPSA in the HEI in public education field in Brazil. For this purpose, agreed to (FOUCAULT, 1999; BOURDIEU, 2014; BOWE; BALL; GOLD, 1992; BALL, 1994; MAINARDES, 2006 e BALL, MAGUIRE; BRAUN, 2016, among others) to the comprehend speech produced in academic productions analysed and understand the performace of the HEI researched. Considers important and necessary the action of the NPSA, as it becomes institucional affirmative action, in maintaining student progress and the guarantee of public, free and socially referenced education. Stands out as a major criticismo of the program, the political fragility of the NPSA, because it is not yet configurated as a public policy, as well as, in the processes of “bolsification” to the student.
