SUMMARY:

Faced with possible adversities that physical education teachers may encounter at school, knowledge of resilience can be of great help to these teachers. The aim of this study is to analyze the “resilience” aspect in the educational field, in order to discover the references that lead teachers to stand out positively when the environment is not favorable to the teaching-learning process. The research is expected to contribute to the knowledge of teachers in aspects where they are less or more resilient. The study model adopted in the research was of the bibliographic type, using the systematic literature review as a method and qualitative analysis through metasynthesis. The sample consisted of articles, dissertations and original theses that deal with resilience in the school environment in the last ten years and written in Portuguese. The instruments will be online digital libraries and indexed electronic databases. Data analysis will be performed after reading the selected studies in full and extracting the data.
