The Institutional Qualification Program in Construction at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro

This research project in the area of Education is interested in analyzing the Institutional Qualification Program (PQI) in progress at the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. This program aims to qualify UFRRJ Administrative Technicians in Education (TAES) in Postgraduate Programs in different areas in the Master's and Doctorate courses in Education. The general objective of the research is to investigate the scope of the PQI within the scope of the continuing education policy of technical administrative servants at UFRRJ. Considering the limited time, documentary research was chosen as the best way forward. As a partial result, it was identified that there are several internal documents that will serve as a source for the research and several servers enrolled in the master's and doctoral courses at UFRRJ.
