The advance of the Ultraconservative liberal front in Brazil: the case of HomeschoolingHomeschooling, Home Education, ANED, private apparatus of hegemony.
The present study seeks to analyze to what extent the debate on Home Education, as a political-social project, contributes to the advancement of the Ultraconservative Liberal Front in the Brazilian scenario in the last decade. For this analysis, it was based on the perspective of the Integral State, using the Sardinian philosopher Antonio Gramsci as its theoretical framework. In this way, we consider it essential to identify and analyze the respective private apparatuses of hegemony (APH) and organic intellectuals related to the theme, considering their actions both in civil society, such as the National Home Education Association (ANED), and in political society. To achieve this, we organized the study into 3 stages. The first part sought to contextualize the reader about the scenario that enabled the rise of the ultraconservative liberal front. Next, the performance of the Ultraconservative Liberal Front in Education and the performance of ANED in civil society were analyzed. To conclude, the study focused on the articulations of ANED, as a private apparatus of hegemony, in political society and the respective intra-class tensions that encompass the debate. For this purpose, bibliographical surveys were carried out on the country's main research platforms, such as SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online), ANPed (National Association of Postgraduate Studies and Research in Education) and Periódicos CAPES (Coordination for the Improvement of Level Personnel). Higher). This stage aimed to establish how Home Education has been analyzed by intellectuals. Afterwards, ANED's resourcefulness on social networks, such as YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, was examined in order to observe which strategies are used for ideological construction and propagation. Finally, a legal survey was produced regarding Home Education, with the aim of mapping the movements of the debate within the scope of political society. From all the analysis that was constructed throughout the study, it was found that home education serves as an ideological foundation for the values that govern the Ultra Conservative Liberal Front: ultra liberalism and ultraconservatism.
