Unfortunately, Brazil is still one of the countries marked by enormous inequality in education, which reflects a dispute between capital and labor, as a result of class society, which contributes to the dispute in the educational field. In this sense, the business offensive seeks to act directly in educational policy as a tool for maintaining bourgeois hegemony, materialized in the productive restructuring and managerial reform of the Brazilian State. In this way, the bureaucratic model of public sector management emerged, the "New Public Management", of a neoliberal nature and which created objective conditions for the establishment of public-private partnerships, through Law No. 8,987/1995, which regulated possibilities for public services of a social nature to be performed by the private sector. Once neoliberal education measures were adopted, the bourgeoisie also aimed to train the worker of a new type adjusted to his new sociability mediated by the Third Way and articulated with the Supranational Organisms, and implemented in Brazil strategies of domination to maintain the balance between consensus and coercion. With this problem, the objective is to analyze the performance of the Lemann Group and its protagonism in the entrepreneurship of Brazilian education and in the formation of its organic intellectuals. The methodology used was based on historical-dialectical materialism and established as an empirical reference the entrepreneurship of education. It is a bibliographic research and documentary analysis, through primary and secondary sources, carried out through a search in the main databases of articles, theses and dissertations in the country. The focus is qualitative since it has a diversity of information. However, we will not renounce the content analysis based on quantitative research, as it will be useful for the analysis of the data available on the Lemann Foundation website with regard to the scope of its actions throughout the national territory. This action provides an effective strategy for the advancement of the private apparatuses of hegemony and their organic intellectuals, represented by large private groups and their articulations with public agents, giving entrepreneurs direct access to public funds, to the detriment of the necessary assistance to the working class in a context of unemployment, precariousness of work and life in society. In view of this, we assume that it is a political option on the part of the Brazilian which took Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) as a strategy to legitimize business intervention in government actions for education in Brazil with the purpose of grabbing public funds, propagating mercantile ideology in the management and strategic training of organic intellectuals of capital.
