RESUMO:

This research proposes to investigate the ways of implementing Law 12.711 / 2012 within the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, seeking to understand how the institution has been developing affirmative action policies foreseen in this legal diploma. With a qualitative approach, interviews and questionnaires will be applied and a documentary analysis will be carried out in which information about Brazilian education will be analyzed, contained in the MEC / FINEP and UFRRJ database, documents and bibliographic research. This data analysis will be done in the light of the theoretical support of this research.
