RESUMO:

 

This research brings reflections about a process (auto) formative, involving through memories, the path of a black activist ahead of a school direction. In order to do, it seeks to list the epistemological, social, political and pedagogical value in favor of the emergence of new themes that dynamize the knowledge and resignify the pedagogical practices of the researched place. The autobiographical narrative will make a journey past-present-future, corroborating to the ancestry that will permeate the research that will bring as intentionality the intersection in the potentiality of memory as a tool of formation. In their theoretical contributions, afro perspectivity, afro centricity and Ubuntu philosophy, will permeate the narrative whose objective will be to analyze if the policies of affirmative action, produce advances or mishaps in the school routine? It is a research whose investigative action, shared in space-time reflection based on pedagogical practices carried out in a public school in the “Baixada Fluminense”. It presents as main objective to give prominence to the black, taking as its motto the interdisciplinary educational practices implemented in the period between 2013 to mid-2016. It intends to list important contributions of authors who approach the ethnic-racial themes, as well as documents officials who together will give centrality to the debate and will also help us to reiterate the importance of African and Afro-Brazilian history and culture in school, a space where racial issues present a great need for problematization, debates and works that eradicate Eurocentrism. The methodological option to follow is the qualitative and interpretative one, since it is concerned with understanding and explaining the dynamics of didactic-pedagogical relations, listing the valorization of students identities in an anti-racist and afrocentrated perspective as a practice of empowerment in favor of valorization, visibility and feeling of belonging ethnicity, establishing epistemic topologies able to re-significate the school contents. All crossed and fostering new knowledges and doings, a force for resilient and creative life.
