This work analyses the literary phenomenon in the context of the initial teaching practice, taking as an inquiry subject the author herself, who, through an autobiographical report, is remembering a way of meetings and reunions with the literature, this way that begins in his trajectory of school formation and subsequently it is re-shaped in his formation and teaching practice. It is understood that the teaching work has singular character because of being treated as a trade in which there are established strictly human relations, in which so much the one who teaches, how much who learns is subject to himself, in other words, to what is like a person. In this context, the teaching person reaches the necessity of building to know much that can result from several fountains. So, in this inquiry, the approach is concentrated in the esthetic knowledge that is reconhecidamente necessarily to the educative practice. The choice for the autobiographical writing is justified by the intrinsic relation established between the author and the literary work, in such a way that the context of language offered by the literary reading is explored by her like a possible fountain of esthetic knowledge, from which his expert herself can think, following short cuts that go by the silence that exists between the words and cross mutually in the perimeters of the teaching. The initial reflections if they settle from a state of the art that registers a lifting inquiry what also they analyse the literature in the context of the teaching practice. Such a lifting has his relevance because of indicating literary short cuts already built in other inquiries, contributing so that this new short cut is set up from one walks own. Next, the author restarts his history itself thinking about his process of teaching constitution and, subsequently, about the relation that it establishes with the literature in his teaching practice. For such, the author is permeated with his poetic writing itself in a polyphonic dialog with several authors: thinkers of the Education, taking Paul Freire as a main voice; Heidegger, who contributes with the philosophical thought on the question of the being; Todorov, which brings important reflections on the esthetic potential of the literary work; and, between so many poets and literary authors, it talks mainly to Rilke and Bartolomeu de Queirós, Exupéry and Clarice Lispector, authors who touch him more deeply because of having supervened in his trajectory of quite significant form. To establish a glance exotópico on his trajectory itself, the author finds, in his photographies, windows that open doors for a return to herself in such a way that it can register, through a poetic narrative, the teaching person who comes becoming up to that time. In this moment, a sweet girl appears to drive his interlocutor for between the literary short cuts built in a teaching way that not always was sweet.
