The work, based on sociological concepts, especially those of class habitus, social field and strategies formulated by Pierre Bourdieu, seeks to analyze expectations of the future of young people undergoing training for teaching. We use participant observation techniques and research tools such as questionnaires and interviews. We seek to apprehend young people's perceptions of their "possible futures", especially in relation to teaching work. We also seek to apprehend the relationships between students and teachers and the effects of these relationships on students' professional expectations. Finally, we also want to see possible consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic on perceptions of the future in the face of a scenario characterized by uncertainty and insecurity.
