SUMMARY:

The present research seeks to develop a study on the different literacies of six literacy women who work in the municipal education network of Queimados, in the Baixada Fluminense of Rio de Janeiro. The main objective is to understand how the different literacies of these women, who work as literacy teachers, are intertwined in the experiences, in the face of obstacles and challenges, such as: remote service, lack of digital support, poor quality of the internet used by the lower classes, lack of of adequate training, etc., which directly cross the literacy process in times of pandemic and post-covid 19 pandemic. from the responsive work through the methodology that explores the research device called biographical studio, which is our inspiration, when it is characterized by a procedure that prospectively inscribes life stories, making a relationship between the past, the present and the future, aiming to emerge in the subject a personal project of his self, which will later reverberate in the the other. The first move will be the application of a questionnaire in a remote scope, made available by email to the literacy teachers of the network, then they will be invited to meet in the workshops, to start the work based on memories and narratives of the life trajectories six teachers, it being understood that this number favors work with two triads. It is hoped that, through the collective production of research and the analysis of the data generated by it, both the teachers and the researcher can learn and grow along the paths of the relationships established during the outbreak of their felt, lived, recorded and shared memories. , creating a movement of self-education and training for all those involved in the process when trying to understand, in fact, what the different literacies of women are and how they are involved in the act of literacy within the pandemic scenario. Our contribution goes beyond the promotion of a deep reflection, but has a provocative bias, in the sense of proposing necessary and urgent changes in the way of constructing training for literacy teachers, considering, however, the expressive number of women and their different literacies in their context.
