Remote and hybrid teaching in school physical education in the period of the covid-19 pandemic: confrontations, possibilities and expectations of teachers and students.
Focus group, qualitative research, pedagogical approaches.With the advent of COVID-19 that devastated the world in a territory of uncertainty and isolation, the development actions of the teaching and learning process were marked by different difficulties and possibilities in educational daily life, especially in the context of School Physical Education. This study aims to know the confrontations, possibilities and expectations of teachers and students of School Physical Education during the period of remote and hybrid teaching related to the COVID-19 pandemic. This investigation has a qualitative approach, the study method will be exploratory and descriptive. The online focus group technique will be used for data collection. For that, 4 online focus groups will be formed, distributed among 2 groups of high school students and 2 groups of School Physical Education teachers. Each group will have 10 participants, totaling 40 participants. A script of questions will be used by the moderator for data collection. In this survey, there will be questions related to the challenges, possibilities and expectations perceived by teachers and students of School Physical Education for the continuity of classes through virtual format. It is expected with this study to contribute to the expansion of knowledge in the field of teaching forms in a pandemic period and pedagogical didactic strategies in School Physical Education.
