BLACKNESS, CINEMA AND EDUCATION: the spatial representations of black people in the film “Squad Elite: mission given is mission accomplished”.
Cinema; geography; narratives; whiteness; geographic space and archetypes.
The research project intends to analyze the cinematographic work " The Elites Squad: mission given is mission accomplished", aiming to discuss how the narratives and representations of the black people present in film works help to create racial readings of the geographic space of the same. Alongside this, we seek to problematize the invisibility, subalternity and stereotypes attributed to the black in the film, which permeates the debate on archetypes. This action aims to understand the extent to which they influence a spatial reading and / or the creation of spatialities in Brazilian society.
