The research involves analyzing the activism of black women in the 1880s.

The methodology of this research was to conduct an interview with three activists from the black movement who worked in the eighties in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The research instrument was a semi-structured questionnaire, which is available in the research annexes.

I think that, in the case of activist trajectories, they contributed significantly to the social movement and, above all, the movement of black women in different territories of the capital of Rio de Janeiro
