TRAINING OF TEACHERS IN SOCIOEDUCATION: gender and sexualities in a female deprivation unit of DEGASE / RJ

Is there pedagogy for the discussion of gender and sexuality among the grades of the female DEGASE? Is such reflection possible? The research in question aims to investigate the formation of teachers who teach in the General Department of Socio-educational Actions - New DEGASE, focusing on the analysis of the discussion on gender and sexualities in this space. To this end, it is sought to identify whether in the training of professionals and in their pedagogical practice, there are ways to approach issues related to gender and sexuality with adolescents in the socio-educational system of the State of Rio de Janeiro. To compose such an investigation, we will use questionnaires for teachers who teach in space. The study will be analyzed in the perspective of a feminine unit for having different demands and specificities of the masculine. Understanding the space, the training that the professionals present to work on it and being empathic in the look under the condition that these girls meet are fundamental guiding principles of this research. From the analysis of the answers of the researched and researched will be possible to identify if in the pedagogical practices of these educators the proposed themes are being discussed by the adolescents deprived of freedom.
