GENDER, SEXUALITIES AND CORPORATION: PROBLEMATIZATIONS OF THE BODY WITHIN THE SOCIOEDUCATIVE SYSTEM OF RIO DE JANEIRO

The present work intends to discuss the problematizations of the body established within the socio-educational institutions in Rio de Janeiro, on the view of corporeity, gender and sexualities. In pointing out the potentialities and limits of the different meanings that this body can have, one questions how it would be to coexist with others, experiencing the innumerable differences existing on the part of the subjects deprived of freedom. This study aims to analyze how relationships involving corporeality in the environment of socio-educational institutions, encompassing the aspects of transgression to the ccisteronormatividade and analyzing how the socioeducation can promote a better social equity among these socially excluded subjects. The qualitative research will be based on a bibliographical review to draw up reflections on corporeity, gender and sexuality, as well as to use as instruments of data collection, questionnaires and interviews with social workers and with cautious adolescents. This work will seek to identify behavioral practices and discourses present in the (re) construction of the body, gender and sexualities of adolescents in conflict with the law.
