RESUMO:

The present research aims to bring the discussion of the training of the workforce to the simple work from the Telessala methodology, this bound in the media of radio and television as a Telecourse. This methodology is the main project of education of Fundação Roberto Marinho who, by being geared mostly to young people and adults, in many aspects the centers around the world of work, reproducing theoretical aspects, ethical, consistent with the behavioral and political reproduction of world placed by hegemonic classes. Thus, the research assignment will raise the contexts and public policies that culminated in the emergence of the Fundação Roberto Marinho while educational arm of Globe Group and political projects which meets in those over 40 years of history. Also will make the scope of the search the detailed analysis of the content of tele-aulas to extract from them the elements that will be incorporated to theoretical training and workers ' subjectivity to be served by the program. To achieve the proposed objectives, throw hand of Expanded State theory formulated by the Italian thinker Antonio Gramsci who, besides the aspect of theoretical foundation, work also as a methodological tool of analysis to become inextricably linked to political and civil society activities in the scope of implementation of public policies. The tele-aulas will be reviewed by content analysis methodology that allows the creation of quantitative and qualitative indices, in addition to the pedagogy of competences signaling the primacy of the reproduction of certain behaviors to the detriment of the strict professional qualifications.
