The study of information and communication technologies becomes of great importance, because we live in a society increasingly digital. In this sense, it is necessary to understand the pedagogy that emerges from the impact of new technologies and the prospects in the educational field agencies. On the so-called cultural industry, which comes to strengthen the ideological power, creating patterns, reinforcing prejudices and social, ethnic and racial discrimination, governed from ideology of whitening, interferes with the subjectivity and children and young people that appear as main consumers. So, our investigations are based from the relationships and how educators interact with digital technologies, builds meanings, and produce experiences, and, above all, the purpose is to report issues based on the relationship between education and technology, in this case, taking as privileged fields the educational practices and the training of teachers.
