This master's thesis addresses the contemporary Psychosocial Care clinic, through a panoramic analysis of the Mental Health Policy in recent years, in view of a brief historical review of the Psychiatric Reform and what brought us here. Within the perspective and normative parameters of RAPS, the main theoretical axes that support the analysis of the field are listed, namely, a CAPS I. It is interesting to make think about the unforeseen singularities of the services that constitute the network, with a focus on the internalization of the equipment , with CAPS I being the national majority - due to the geographic constitution of the country being mostly small municipalities. Crossed by a Pandemic, everyday research and clinic are seismically shaken, gaining relevant contours of reinvention of the possible, as well as as a historical record. Faced with the important limitations of a minimal team whose institutional mandate is to be responsible for the organization and assistance in Mental Health of the entire enrolled population, added to the distance from the great centers of knowledge production and institutional support, it focuses on this challenge: to map the possible and potential dynamics of a service, giving light to the often forgotten interiors, from the place of an embodied research, followed by a worker who is already located in a common plane. In this sense, the experience is taken under the prism of its also paradigmatic characteristics. It is not intended to generalize, but to be able to think and produce collective knowledge from a circumscribed place, located in time, space and culture.
