WORK SATISFACTION, WORK ENGAGEMENT AND BURNOUT SYNDROME IN THE CONTEXT OF THE MILITARY POLICE IN THE STATE OF RORAIMA

The present study aims to analyze the influence of the variables job satisfaction and burnout syndrome on the work engagement of military police officers in the state of Roraima. The research is classified as transversal, descriptive and quantitative. The mental health of these professionals needs to be highlighted in the scientific field, due to the vulnerability experienced by this public security agent, in the face of the pressures and dangers inherent in the profession, in addition to the indispensability of the services provided to society. The study is theoretically based on positive psychology, theorized by Martin Seligman, which aims to focus on the elements that contribute to the happiness and development of the individual in the personal and professional spheres, promoting well-being and preventing pathologies.
