In this context, the present research aims to review existing interventions and present the construction of a GT program in university students. Study 1 sought to characterize the scientific publications on the GT in adults available in the databases PUBMED, ERIC, PsycINFO, SciELO and LILACS, according to the PRISMA methodology. From the inclusion / exclusion criteria, 32 articles were selected and analyzed.
