SUMMARY:

Despite the advances allowed in the design and creation of laws that guarantee the rights of children and adolescents, violence against this population has continued to occur. Regrettably, most cases of child and youth violence occur in an environment where she should feel safer and more welcome: the home. The family, which must be understood as one of the first local protectors, can demonstrate within it unsafe relationships caused by complex factors. Regardless of your family background - which may be caused by violence against children and adolescents in familiar environments today, a growing phenomenon occurs, unfortunately. The work of the socio-protective network is the important importance for whom or the envisaged law will be enforced, when it comes to violence, this network extends to other agents who can contribute. It is through the Rights Guarantee System that establishes a network, its axes of promotion, social control and defense of sustainable rights and directed to its components, so that the work can be performed according to the precepts applied in the Constitution. . Taking these factors into account, this research aims to verify how the professional networks of protective institutions in the municipality of Mesquita / RJ work and how to deal with the demands of domestic violence. An end of understanding or phenomenon of intrafamily violence and as it is seen by professionals, will be used as a qualitative method, through the use of semi-structured interview, for later use or Bardin's method for content analysis. As the results of the integrative review show through the literature that the professionals of the socio-protective network do not feel qualified used to load, besides being discouraged. Referrals to other professionals or equipment appear as data, in addition to the professionals' lack of look at the aggressor. Related studies can contribute to data generation and research, as well as to determine if public policies are being implemented in the municipality. Thus, it is believed that this research can contribute to the construction of resources that support the socio-protective network in their professional practice.
