This master's qualification project aims to focus on the work processes arising from a psychiatric reform, which trainers of contextual substitute services. In this, a CAPS I field of analysis is taken as a field of analysis, founded 9 years ago in a small rural municipality, in the interior of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Concerns arising in the daily work and in the encounter with the multiplicities of the psychosocial care clinic, in addition to the large urban centers of knowledge production, are carried out in research to think about the interiorization of the Psychiatric Reform with emphasis on small municipalities. Pandemic is considered a transverse device for the shake-up of structures rested in chronicity, collecting its effects, in a cartographic statement of research located in a time and space. It is proposed the creation of new literatures about the work performed, together with the workers and users of the service, from a perspective of analysis, inventiveness, autonomy and care, bringing the GAM guide as the guiding thread of the research-intervention with a view to the co-management of work processes.
