SUMMARY:

In view of the important changes in the world, as a result of the pandemic caused by COVID19, caused by the Sars-Cov-2 virus, which affected and still affects, not only the individual, but also society as a whole, involving health, education and the local and world economy; it is necessary to understand what are the consequences of it in the organizational context, where people spend a large percentage of hours of their lives. Bearing in mind that changes in any context require adjustments to the rules and norms, so that the subject feels safe in relation to the scope of his personal and work objectives, important situations for his well-being and better performance for organizations, this proposal This project aims to investigate the influence of social anomie, organizational anomie, red tape and well-being (involvement, satisfaction and affective organizational commitment) on the expectation of the future in relation to COVID in workers in the state of Rio de Janeiro. For this, an empirical research is proposed, with quantitative analysis, using standardized instruments.
