SUMMARY:

The Problem of Evil is a reality inherent to the human condition and this fact has affected human beings since their existence. History shows how human beings have sought and continue to seek many ways to solve this problem, but with each attempt made, whether from a philosophical, religious or scientific perspective, it continues to affect everyone. Through religious syncretism, since Persian culture, the Problem of Evil was delegated to human beings in the form of a spiritual war. Even Christianity, through its dogmas, turned the Problem of Evil into something veiled and, thus, it was hidden and transferred back to the human being as their responsibility. However, at no time was the Problem of Evil resolved or approached from the perspective of: Human Evil being part of the Problem of Evil itself. Thus, in light of the Quaternity presented by Dr. Carl Gustav Jung's Complex Psychology, we realize that it is possible to carry out a dialogue between Complex Psychology and Baptist Theology, according to the conception of Evil as an archetype, in order to guide and raise awareness among Pastors Baptists to carry out Pastoral Counseling in accordance with the principles of Complex Psychology.
