SUMMARY:

This project aims to analyze the consumption of psychoactive substances at university and propose harm reduction strategies in the municipality of Seropédica, in the state of Rio de Janeiro. Surveys and studies will be carried out to understand the profile of consumers, as well as the most commonly used substances and the contexts in which
recreational consumption occurs. In addition, an action plan will be drawn up for educational interventions, in line with the National Harm Reduction Policy, with the aim of minimizing risks and raising awareness about the responsible and rational use of these substances. It is hoped that this project can contribute to the adoption of public policies in mental health, with the implementation of effective actions that can lead to safety in the face of the use of psychoactive substances psychoactive substances by participants in university parties in Seropédica.
