RESUMO:

At present, we have a growing number of workers within organizations, and with it the advancement of such organizational diseases, which are difficult to diagnose and present themselves invisibly, as are the cases of the phenomena of presenteism, anomie at work and with procrastination. In presentism we have that worker who is in the work environment and can not produce because he is sick, harming his health and the production of the organization. In the anomie we will see the behavior of the deviant worker, where conduct differs from the normative in which it was imposed, as being the patterned and expected among the individuals that divide a society. Already in procrastination we find the one that postpones tasks or substitutes for others more pleasant in their work environment, believing that presents better results when acting under pressure. The objective of the research is to test models of questionnaires that involve the phenomena mentioned above, considering the different contexts of illness at work. Participants will be Brazilian workers of both sexes living in different Brazilian regions, regardless of age. For this survey will be used the quantitative study, through scales of the phenomena to collect the data, a priori the collection will follow in a virtual way. The procedure to be performed will be submission of the project to the ethics committee, data collection, and subsequently dissemination of results obtained with the help of IBM SPSS. The results are intended to favor studies with strategies and prevention of these phenomena that affect the worker and the organization.
