The Psychological Assistence Service is a practice of immediate care aimed at clinical listening to the various meanings of psychological distress in an emergency. In view of the social isolation imposed by the Covid 19 pandemic, an initiative for the immediate assistance of the population in this emergency has been the offer of psychological services online, with proposals for reception and prevention. Through the extension project On-line Psychological On-line at the Federal Rural of Rio de Janeiro University, it was possible to offer listening and welcoming, through on-line psychological on-line from the perspective of the transdisciplinary clinic, to adolescents in a situation of social isolation due to the Covid pandemic We offer up to three psychological shifts online, via the WhatsApp application, per video call for each teenager and at the end of the appointments a logbook was made, a device used to record the intervention experience. In this study we propose to carry out the analysis of the logbook, with the objective of building the online psychological on-call clinical device from the perspective of the transdisciplinary clinic, raising the psychological demands of adolescents in social isolation imposed by the Covid 19 pandemic and detecting the effects of online psychological duty from the perspective of this clinic. We believe in the importance of this intervention research for the expansion of academic knowledge about online psychological duty in the transdisciplinary clinic and we hope to contribute to other research on the impact of social isolation on adolescents imposed by the Covid 19 pandemic in Brazil.
