ACADEMIC STRESS AND ITS MANAGEMENT IN TELEPSICOEDUCATION GROUPS (ONLINE THERAPY)stress, treatment, university studentsThis study aims to measure the effectiveness of a stress management protocol, applied to university students and adapted to the virtual environment, in reducing the symptoms of stress in this population. 60 students will be selected, randomly divided into two groups, where half will participate only in an online psychoeducational group, without videoconference. The other group will also receive treatment in sessions via videoconference. All participants will be evaluated for stress symptoms, the diferent stressors they face in academic life and the coping strategies they used, before and after the start of the Stress treatment group. The two groups will be compared before and after the intervention, where it will be observed if there was a significant reduction in the level of stress compared to the group that did not receive treatment.
