         This is a research crossed by the forces of the Covid 19 Pandemic, with the main objective of narrating the experience and knowledge produced in the construction of the psychological on-call device in an online environment, as an unfolding of the on-site shifts in the undergraduate school environment. of psychology. The psychological duty is a type of contemporary clinic, which prioritizes the immediate reception of anyone who seeks it, with a view to providing an empathetic and authentic listening, where the person assisted can, by themselves, and driven by the relationship of the encounter, remake their action potential. We use the cartographic method, a method that is constructed in the encounter between the object and the researcher. We operate psychological shifts through the WhatApp and Zoom application. Through a link on the website of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro, participants signed up to receive psychological care, with the possibility of up to three shifts per person. We scheduled the meeting by text message, and the meeting was carried out by video call, there were calls by voice, due to interference from the internet signal. For this study, 47 applicants were contacted, 34 of which were attended, 10 were adolescents aged between 15 and 18 years; 18 young adults, ranging in age from 19 to 30 years old; and 06 adults, aged between 31 and 53 years. 53 shifts were carried out. Participants resided in Rio de Janeiro, Bahia and São Paulo. After each shift we produced the Logbook, the cartographer's notebook, which was the basis for this study. although the offer of three shifts has produced an increase in waiting time and a loss of the moment of psychological urgency for many.
