RESUMO:

Despite significant advances in the design of care and the creation of laws ensuring the rights of children and adolescents, violence against these subjects has not ceased to occur. Regrettably, most reports of child violence occur in an environment where she should feel safer and more welcome: the home. The family, which should be understood as one of the first protective sites, can show within itself unsafe relationships caused by complex factors. The work of the socio-protective network is extremely important so that what is provided by law is done, when it comes to violence, this network extends so that other agents can contribute. It is through the Rights Guarantee System that the network is established, its axes of promotion, social control and advocacy support and direct its components, so that the work is in accordance with the precepts established in the Constitution. This research aims to verify how the network of professionals working in the protective institutions of Mesquita / RJ works and how they act against the demands of intrafamily violence. In order to understand the phenomenon of intrafamily violence and how it is seen by professionals, the qualitative methodology will be used, through the use of semi-structured interviews, so that the content analysis technique can be used later. Correlational studies may contribute to data generation and research, as well as to ascertain whether what is foreseen by public policies is being carried out in the municipality.
