RESUMO:

In the light of an interdisciplinary perspective,the discussions from this dissertation were composed for creating an educational proposal aiming to the adolescent public presenting school distortion. The educational advisor has been the protagonist of the integrative action from research participants: teachers,students,people responsible for them,technicalpedagogical staff and collaborators,as well as its dialogue with Carl Jung's complex psychology, Paulo Freire's progressive pedagogy and Gilberto Freire's transcendent sociology taking place in the Educação de Jovens Adolescentes(EJAd) implementation for 80 students from 15 and 17 years old at elementary school in the afternoon shift. The research -action method contributed to know the school unit named Escola Municipal Panaro Figueira from Municipal network, located in Seropédica, Baixada Fluminense, in Rio de Janeiro State, where this survey was carried out. The result of this afternoon EJAd has confirmed the value of this modality looking for taking care of adolescent's needs by providing a social, educational and emotional rescue. Mostly, when a new look to the school space in relation to the student's development and future, as well as of Brazil is valued.
