SUMMARY:

This project focuses on teaching and developing phonological awareness in the writing development process, given its importance in the student's literacy and literacy process. This study will be carried out in an elementary school literacy class at the Municipal School CIEP Poeta Cruz e Sousa, located in the city of Rio de Janeiro, and will be based on the analysis of the ethnographic interpretive research proposal, with the purpose of describing and interpret the object of study in an attempt to share its meanings and articulate experiences between the subjects involved in the process and the focus of analysis, aiming at transforming a behavior pattern of a specific group, with the purpose of qualifying the participants instead of quantifying data to the observer. (MOREIRA;CALEFFE, 2008). The main objective of this work is to demonstrate the relevance of the promotion of phonological, phonemic and graphic awareness in students who live the process of literacy and literacy, and to propose methodologies that correct changes of graphemes J and G in the exercise of writing, based on the theoretical contribution presented by (MORAIS, 2019). Therefore, an intervention proposal will be suggested that allows students to exercise activities aimed at the development of linguistic awareness, which allows students to reflect on the language in a playful way, in order to make them aware of the phonemes of their own language and dominate, with autonomy, the alphabetical writing system of the Portuguese language. The specific objectives are: to analyze the recurrent use of grapheme G for the representation of the phoneme / Ʒ / at the beginning of words and intervochallic contexts, with an emphasis on written production, since there was a great occurrence of this exchange in early teaching classes fundamental, in addition, it is intended to ratify the importance of the development of phonological, phonemic and graphic awareness in students during the literacy period, as these enable the ability to think about the sound structure of the language and allow the student to make associations between the elements that form words in order to culminate in the success of the reading and writing process
